Ways to Support Magnuson Christian School

Throughout the year there are several fundraising activities that Magnuson and/or the Magnuson Parent Teacher Partnership (MPTP) organize for the school.

Students have participated in a Read-A-Thon, where they were able to get pledges for reading 30 books or chapters in 15 days. The 4th Sunday of February is called Magnuson Sunday at First Lutheran Church and the students of Magnuson share their voices by singing at the services.

Magnuson participates in the Scholastic Book Fair in November and May and has received many books for the library.

The Annual Magnuson Dinner & Auction is scheduled for March 13, 2010. Click here for more auction information.

There are also on-going fundraising opportunities that families and friends of Magnuson can support that do not cost anything.

Families can participate in the MCS Tuition Bucks Program and earn money for the school and their tuition account just by doing their regular shopping.  (It is easy! Click here to read how one family has used it.)

If you would like to make a financial donation to MCS or the MCS Scholarship Fund we have several ways that you can do this.

• If you want to use a checking or savings account your can make your donation online using our secure e~Funds for Schools payment system. (You do not have to have a student enrolled at MCS to use this online system, but all first-time users must register before making a donation.)
  
• If you would like to write a check you can mail it to MCS, 4000 Linden St, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. Attention: Louann Lindbeck. Please note on your check if the donation is for something specific. Otherwise all donations will go towards the General MCS Fund.
  
• If you would like to make a donation using your credit card please email Louann Lindbeck and she will send you a credit card authorization form. (Please do not send your credit card information via email.)
