Magnuson Parent Teacher Partnership (M.P.T.P.)

Our Mission:

To create, build and grow a community that actively and prayerfully supports and encourages the Christian education of the children at Magnuson Christian School.

Who we are...
This is a volunteer organization made up of parents/guardians who’s children attend Magnuson Christian School, MCS teachers, and MCS staff.

"Excellence.Faith.Family." is the Magnuson Christian School motto and MPTP supports MCS through its service and programs. The MPTP creates additional opportunities to participate in the success and growth of MCS. Our organization and school thrive through active participation by the entire "Magnuson Family".

We strive to create a solid, Christ-centered environment for families, children, and staff through fellowship, good-works, and prayer.

Magnuson Christian School has a Magnuson Parent Teacher Partnership (MPTP) organization that for the 2009-2010 school year will meet on the fourth Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. (There is childcare available during the meetings.)

We believe in "Building One Another Up" through good-works, prayer, and a solid commitment to ensuring positive growth for our school and children. MPTP is about being part of the greater “Magnuson Family“.  Our goal is to offer all who participate;  genuine support, fellowship, and fun!

The MPTP may plan social events throughout the year and/or help in fundraising activities. Funds raised by the MPTP are used for items or projects not provided for in the school's general budget unless such expenditures are deemed necessary and approved by a majority of members at a MPTP meeting.
