e~Funds for Schools Online Payments

Beginning on December 1, 2009, we started using punch cards for hot lunch and milk.

Hot Lunch Punch Card Options:

5 Hot Lunches Punch Card for $12.50
10 Hot Lunches
Punch Card for $25.00
20 Hot Lunches
Punch Card for $50

Milk Only Punch Card Options:

10 Milk Only Punch Card for $4.00
20 Milk Only
Punch Card for $8.00

Each student will have his or her own punch card.

Each day that they are having hot lunch (or milk), students will bring their cards with them to the lunch line, where the cards will be punched. It is your child’s responsibility to know if he or she will be having hot lunch for that day. After lunch, the punch cards will be returned to your child’s classroom for safe keeping.

The lunch menu will still go home each month, but you no longer need to fill out a form for which days your child will be taking hot lunch.

When your child has only two punches left, a reminder note will be sent home so you know that you need to purchase another punch card. Simply return the note, with your payment, for a new punch card.

Your payment may be in the form of a check or you may use e-Funds online. (Every family is able to use e~Funds and it is the preferred payment method. The first time you log on you will enter your 10-digit phone number and you will need to register, but after you are registered you are set to make payments at any time.)

Please fill out a milk and/or lunch form for each child separately, even if you use e-Funds.

MCS serves 1% milk to our students. Kindergarten students receive milk for snack break at no charge.

If parents or other guests would like to have hot lunch at school, we welcome you to do so. The adult hot lunch price is $3.00.  If possible please notify us the day before you are planning to come.
